Delivery & Revisions

Finished files are delivered through a secure private download link sent directly to your email. This makes it easy to access, save, and share your PixiGram gift.

Delivery timelines begin after your order details, story notes, and any required photos have been successfully submitted.

• Your included audio and/or video files based on the tier you selected
• Your PixiGram lyric keepsake in the version included with your package
• Any add-ons you selected at checkout, such as 4K export, vertical format, thumbnail, or instrumental version

Every order includes one free minor revision. This is meant for small refinements that help polish the final result, not for rebuilding the project from scratch.

Examples of minor revisions include:

• Pronunciation corrections
• Small lyric clarifications or text corrections
• Minor timing adjustments
• Light balance or presentation refinements

Examples of changes that are not considered minor include:

• Full rewrites of the song
• Replacing most or all of the submitted story direction
• Swapping most photos after production has already started
• Changing the selected product type, tier, or overall creative direction

If a requested change goes beyond a minor revision, we’ll let you know before moving forward.

Rush delivery is available for customers working with a tighter timeline. Because these orders are prioritized, it is especially important that all required order details are submitted clearly and completely.

• Rush and Super Rush timelines apply only after all required information has been received
• Incomplete submissions may delay the start of production
• Super Rush is not available for A Story to Remember
