PixiGram Studio LLC (“PixiGram Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) creates personalized songs and cinematic music videos built from your story, names, and photos. Because each project is unique and made-to-order, our ability to provide refunds is limited once production has begun.
This policy works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Delivery & Revisions page.
When Refunds May Be Possible
Before production starts:
If you contact us before we begin writing, composing, recording, designing, or building visuals, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.
After production starts:
Once we’ve started work on your custom project, the order becomes non-refundable because time and creative labor have already been invested into something made specifically for you.
After delivery:
No refunds are provided after a completed project has been delivered. If the issue is about polish or small corrections, your included minor revision is the way we fine-tune the final piece.
What Counts as Non-Refundable Work
A PixiGram order is generally considered to be in production once we have begun any meaningful creative work, such as:
- Writing lyrics or creative copy based on your story,
- Composing or arranging the song,
- Recording vocals or production elements,
- Building visual scenes, motion, or edit structure for a video,
- Preparing custom materials using the names, photos, or details you submitted.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible through Contact & Support or by email at hello@pixigramstudio.com.
Whether cancellation is possible depends mainly on whether production has already begun. If no work has started yet, we may be able to cancel the order. If work has already started, cancellation may no longer be available.
Delivery, Scope, and Revisions
Package details, delivery timelines, included file formats, and revision expectations are explained on our Delivery & Revisions page.
Refunds are not provided simply because a customer changes their mind, prefers a different creative direction after work has begun, or wants work that goes beyond the scope of the selected package.
Technical Problems or Delivery Issues
If there is a clear technical problem on our side — for example, you receive the wrong file, a corrupted file, or a broken delivery link — we will fix the issue and re-deliver the correct files at no charge.
If you cannot find your delivery, first check your spam or promotions folders and verify that you are checking the same email used during checkout. If the issue continues, contact us and we will resend the files or provide a fresh download link.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If there’s ever an issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a solution — whether that’s clarification, a revision, redelivery, or another reasonable next step.
Filing a chargeback without giving us a chance to resolve the issue can slow everything down for both sides. We keep order notes, communication records, timestamps, and proof of delivery so we can respond to disputes when necessary.

Please include:
- Your PixiGram order ID,
- The email used at checkout,
- A short explanation of what happened or what you’re requesting.
Changes to This Policy
As PixiGram Studio grows and improves, we may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
