PixiGram Studio LLC (“PixiGram Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) creates custom-made songs and cinematic music videos tailored to your story, photos, and details. By using this website, placing an order, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Revision Policy.
2 Ordering & Production
Orders may be placed through our website or through third-party platforms such as Etsy. Once payment and required details are submitted, we begin production as soon as possible.
- We may contact you if we need clarifications (pronunciations, dates, references, etc.).
- Estimated delivery times are shown on the order page; these are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
- Delays can occur during busy seasons, if details are missing, or if major changes are requested mid-process.
3 Revisions
Every order includes one minor revision. A minor revision means small tweaks such as:
- Adjusting a few words for accuracy or phrasing,
- Subtle timing or emphasis adjustments,
- Light visual corrections (e.g., photo order, small overlay text edits).
Major changes — for example, rewriting verses, changing the entire theme, switching the genre after delivery, or restructuring the story from scratch — are treated as a new project and may require a new order.

4 Refunds & Cancellations
Because every PixiGram project is custom-made and personalized, we cannot offer refunds once production has started.
- If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
- Approval depends on whether work has already begun (writing, composing, designing, or animating).
- Orders placed through Etsy are also subject to Etsy’s platform policies.
5 Sales Tax & Taxes
PixiGram Studio provides fully custom-made digital creative services. Because each project is personalized and delivered digitally, sales tax is not charged except where required by law. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes required by their jurisdiction.
6 Delivery of Your Project
All PixiGram creations are delivered digitally via email and/or download link. Typical formats include:
- Custom songs: MP3 (and/or WAV) plus optional lyric sheet PDF.
- Music videos: MP4 file, with optional thumbnail or 4K upgrade if purchased or included.
We recommend downloading and backing up your files as soon as you receive them. We generally keep project files for at least 30 days, but long-term archiving is not guaranteed.
7 User Content & Permissions
To create your project, we may ask for names, stories, photos, videos, or other materials. By submitting content, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the material you submit, or you have permission to use it.
- Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.
- You grant PixiGram Studio permission to use your content solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your order.
Separately, you may be given the option to allow us to share your project (or a shortened version) as a sample on our website, YouTube, or social media. This is always optional and is only enabled if you clearly opt in.
8 License & Usage Rights
When your custom song or video is delivered and paid for in full, you receive a personal-use license. This means you can:
- Give it as a gift to the intended recipient(s).
- Play it at personal events (birthdays, weddings, memorials, etc.).
- Share it with friends and family.
- Post it on personal social media accounts (non-monetized).
The following uses are not allowed without written permission:
- Reselling or redistributing our work as your own product.
- Using the song or video in paid advertisements or commercial campaigns.
- Uploading it to monetized channels as if you fully own all rights to the composition and production.
- Creating derivative works for commercial sale without a separate license.

10 Website Use
When using pixigramstudio.com, you agree not to:
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the website or its code.
- Use automated bots to submit fake orders, messages, or spam.
- Upload malicious files or engage in activity that could harm the site or other users.
